This beautiful vacation house is situated in Poreč, the most known touristic center of Istria and Croatia. The house is located in settlement, “Bolnica“,which is situated 600m. From town centre. The house is surrounded by a spacious pine wood park, pleasant for morning and evening walks, The nearest beach is 800m away.

Every appartment has its own parking place by the family house on the appartening property.
In front of the house there is a greenn, well cared park. There is also a grill with the garden table for the guests. In each apartment there is an aircondition device, heating system, safe box, cofee maker, microvave oven, toster, bar with a large beverage selection, iron, digital satellite tv,
Internet plug and there is also a disponible washing machine.

Porec is a town situated on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula.
This town was given the title of the most visited destination in Istria.
The population is predominantly involved in tourism, then in trade, architecture and agriculture. The first inhabitants on the peninsula which contains the town core were the Illyrians. The old town core is often referred to as a cultural monument because of the rough and long history.
